The World Needs More Smiles

Everyone would agree that #TheWorldNeedsMore of everything humane; peace, love, warmth, kindness, sustainability, justice, education, forgiveness, etc.  We at SOP believe that our world needs more smiles to make it a better place to live in. To achieve every other aspiration listed above, people need smiles on their faces and joy in their hearts.

On August 19, 2014, we executed this project as our own way of marking the 2014 World Humanitarian Day in Nigeria by showing love to the residents of Monkey Village, Mazamaza located in Amuwo Odofin LGA, Lagos. Providing food, clothing, and a sensitization lecture on the Ebola virus (plausible prevention methods). It began at 8:00 am prompt with a walk from Mile 2 Estate to the location for which the estimated attendance is about 100 people.

Support donations from individuals who appreciated the cause was used to procure food items and donated clothes and clothing items were also among the items that were distributed at the said location. Of course, we had those SMILES all over, the pictures speak for themselves.
